What Our Little Guess is
Our Little Guess lets you create a game where friends and family guess details about your baby, and lets you reveal the results. It's meant for fun. By using it, you agree to these simple terms.
Be nice
Use the game for friendly, personal celebrations. Don't use it to harass anyone, post hateful or illegal content, spam, or break the law. We can remove content or close a game that's being misused.
Your account and games
You're responsible for what's created under your account and for keeping your login email accessible. The guesses people submit belong to the game they were submitted to, and only the game's owner can see individual entries.
Paying and unlocking
Creating a game and collecting guesses is free. Unlocking the reveal, certificates, and keepsake poster is a one-time payment, or free if you earn it through our referral rewards. Payments are handled securely by our payment provider; we don't store your card details.
Referral rewards: you can earn a discount or a free reveal when other people start their own genuine games through your link. Rewards are for real, good-faith referrals only. We may withhold or reverse rewards we believe are gamed (fake games, self-referrals, or abuse). Rewards have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money.
Refunds: because the reveal unlocks content instantly, we generally don't offer refunds once unlocked. If something genuinely went wrong, email us and we'll be reasonable.
No guarantees
We do our best to keep Our Little Guess working, but we offer it "as is." We can't promise it will always be available, bug-free, or that nothing will ever go wrong. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses arising from using (or not being able to use) the game. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't be waived under your local law.
Changes
We may update the game or these terms over time. If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date above. Continuing to use Our Little Guess means you accept the current terms.
